To ensure a smooth and complete application process, please prepare the following documents and information before submitting your form online.
Full legal name, gender, date of birth, nationality, and passport-size photo. For returning students, provide your Student ID (if known).
Upload the latest official school report card or transcript. Transfer students should include reports from the last two academic years.
A scanned copy of the student’s birth certificate and passport (or national ID). Foreign applicants should also include a valid visa or residency permit.
Full names of parents/guardians, contact numbers, email addresses, physical address, and occupation details.
A short written statement from the student explaining their goals, interests, and why they want to join BNB Learning Center.
A copy of the student’s recent medical check-up or immunization record. Notify the school of any known medical conditions or allergies.
Proof of payment for the non-refundable application fee. Bank details and payment options are provided on the application page.
