BNB’s governance model is anchored in a professional and agile leadership structure, led by the Executive Management Committee. This team, chaired by the CEO, is responsible for implementing the Board’s strategic vision, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring alignment across all departments.

Board Secretary & Managing Director
Saamuel starts each morning aligning BNB’s operations with its mission — from reviewing financial plans and HR policies to coordinating with school directors. His afternoons are filled with board communications, strategic planning, and community engagement, ensuring BNB stays grounded and visionary.
High School Principal
Taye begins his day greeting students and faculty, then moves into class observations, parent meetings, and student mentorship. He champions academic rigor and personal development, ending each day by checking in with teachers and reflecting on progress.
Elementary & Middle School Principal
Tagesse balances the joy and intensity of early learning — starting with classroom rounds and teacher support, and transitioning to behavior coaching, activity oversight, and curriculum guidance. His afternoons often include student counseling and instructional planning with deputies.
